Delivery
If you would like shipping to another country, please email us at contact@ponyloop.com and provide the item with quantity and delivery address including country and postal code. We will let you know promptly whether we can ship to your desired country and inform you of the shipping costs, as we need to check shipping availability and costs with our shipping partner in advance. Shipping Time
Our team is working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Due to current high demand, delivery times may occasionally be longer. Your order should typically arrive within 1 to 3 weeks after payment is received, even with high demand. Only in rare cases can it take up to 40 days.
